Vice President of Property Management
Mrs. Sandman is responsible for overseeing new developments, major renovations, third party management and all REIT properties. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 1990 and serves as the Broker In Charge for BNP Residential Properties. She holds the designation of a Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Apartment Property Supervisor and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the local CPM chapter. Mrs. Sandman serves on the Board of Directors of the Charlotte Apartment Association, along with participating on committees within the apartment association. She is active in various charitable activities.
